After School Program
This program is a constructive alternative to day care that allows working parents the security of knowing that
their children are not only safe, but learning the discipline, respect, and confidence available from the martial arts.
During the school year, we pick up the students from school, teach them martial arts values in class and through fun
activities provided in our monthly packs, and then their parents pick them up on the way home from work.

Basic Karate
This course is designed to allow beginners a chance to get involved in a real martial arts program. This program teaches
the basic stances, blocks, punches and kicks. We also work on basic self defense and victim prevention. Built in to all of
our programs is our life skills program where we teach people young and old the values of confidence, courtesy, respect, discipline
and control.
Exclusive Black Belt Training Club (BBTC)
This course is designed for students who have committed to Black Belt Excellence. Within this program students are trained
at a higher level of intensity (weapons, forms and fitness). This intense training will enhance their martial arts skills
within the school as well as become successful competitive participants at national and world competition levels.
Summer Camp
During summer vacation, we offer an all day Summer Camp. Parents can drop off their school-aged children to our school
on the way to work and pick them up on the way home, knowing that they are safe and secure all day. In addition, the children
are still learning character building lessons and getting healthy exercise in our martial arts classes. Weekly activities
also include swimming and field trips.
NTMA provides hour-by-hour, day-by-day activities for the children that are based on monthly and weekly themes related
to martial arts principles. We provide a real martial arts education, which keeps the children engaged and learning.
